As early Creative Director, I scaled this remote health startup by defining the brand identity and architecting the full UX ecosystem. From user research to designing patient and provider websites, I translated a complex model into a seamless, human-centered health experience.

I distilled the company's complex mission into an emotion-driven, visually engaging narrative. As Creative Director, I guided the team to finalize a script locked on empathy. I led the VO casting and management process. I directed a high-tech hand-drawn animation pipeline on iPad, leading a small animation team through a high-velocity six-week sprint. The result was a flagship explainer that anchored sales, investor pitches, and customer relations for over two years. It gave the startup a pulse, bridging the gap between clinical data and the patients who rely on it.

Provider Portal
Empowering remote healthcare providers with conversational super-powers
I architected the UI for the provider portal, transforming dense EMR data into a high-utility command center. The platform integrates real-time conversational guidance and tracking tools to empower physicians during live patient interactions.
Recognizing the high stakes of clinical workflows, I led an iterative design process, synthesizing provider feedback and feature requests into a scalable design system. Remaining nimble required maintaining a phased design system that spanned from our current production MVP to our roadmap vision.

One brand architecture, a dual-site ecosystem
To achieve a premium, proprietary feel, I developed a bespoke asset and illustration library. By meticulously augmenting and expanding a core family of artwork, I curated a seamless visual language that bridged the gap between "tech" and "human."
With this visual language, I created a singular visual DNA that spoke fluently to both the vulnerable patient and the high-performance provider. By focusing each audience's messaging on their individual emotional incentives, I ensured the brand felt deeply empathetic for one and clinical-grade for the other.
The launch unified our market presence and served as a high-conversion engine. It amplified the startup’s reputation, providing a sophisticated backdrop for high-stakes investor rounds and accelerating sales cycles. By blending strategic UX with a refined aesthetic, we established a platform that generates organic leads and scales alongside the company’s vision.
